    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using realsolution.ai (the "Site") or any services provided by Real Solution AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

    2. Services

    We provide AI implementation services for small and mid-sized businesses, including AI virtual receptionists, outbound sales automation, lead generation, content generation, AI website development, and workflow automation. Specific deliverables, pricing, and scope are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.

    3. Demos and Free Resources

    Live AI receptionist demos, free consultations, and educational content are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a service contract. Demo interactions may be recorded and analyzed.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (d) reverse engineer or copy our systems; or (e) use automated means to harvest data from the Site.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, designs, and software on the Site are owned by or licensed to Real Solution AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

    6. Third-Party Services

    The Site links to or integrates with third-party services (HubSpot, Vapi.ai, Apollo.io, Google, and others). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

    7. Disclaimers

    The Site and any free demos are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Marketing claims regarding ROI or results reflect typical outcomes but are not guaranteed for every client.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Solution AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or free demos.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold Real Solution AI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Real Solution AI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located there.

    11. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
